I recently had my Mercedes serviced. It had a complicated service problem where the vehicle had an intermittent issue. I received a call from Matt my service advisor within 12 hours of dropping it off. They believed they replicated my issue but to be on the safe side they kept my vehicle 2 more days to confirm the issue. 5 stars for everything because I appreciate how quickly they took my car in and performed the warranty work I requested. I was just a little annoyed that the technician stated I had "coolant and oil" leaking from the oil cooler. He recommended replacing the oil cooler lines, which is correct, since they are rusted out and leaking oil. But when I asked the service writer why he said there's leaking coolant, I was told that the technician is Mercedes certified and that's what he says. The Mercedes certification is a 17 week factory course that doesn't ...

Came in for an A6 service on my 2010 E350. Had suggestion for other serious repairs that totaled more than the car is worth. Was taken under wing by Wes Reed and he suppported me through the decision to buy a newer car, introduced me to Marc Womboldt who found me a replacement vehicle. Both Wes (who I knew for many years was wonderful) and Marc, who was patient and supportive and creative in his sales, made my experience pleasant. Left with a 2023 E350.
