Smith motors was very quick and efficient. I was covered by an extended warranty I didn’t know about for a very expensive repair. They scheduled my appointment, gave me a time line of 3-5 business days, and at 3 days it was finished. I corresponded in text and the service department responded quickly.I have purchased my 2 Mercedes from them and will continue when I am ready to purchase another car.

We booked our service appointment online and it worked out as planned. Nick was very attentive and explained everything. We decided to wait rather than use a loaned car. Nick said it would take about an hour and that was what took.

Brockton and the other employees we interacted with were knowledgeable and considerate -- genuinely customer-focused. It would have been helpful to have had a bit more frequent communication on the vehicle's availability for purchase -- though we will concede that we were involved in an unusual and atypical situation (car was at another dealership out of state and the other dealership was apparently not very communicative).

Smith Motors did an emergency repair on my GLK350 this week and had the car back to me the same day. They are always accommodating when I need an unexpected repair and work to return my car as soon as possible. Over the last several years I have never once had my Mercedes returned to me unless it was in great working order.

Billy was super helpful getting me set up through the Mercedes Me app and in getting my service appointment set up. Service was very quick, efficient and helpful. Contacted me to explain any updates and where we were at with the recall replacement and software update. Cashier was super nice and everything went smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Fast service for “stuck” alarm on my 2017 E300. Add major Warranty service on engine light indicator source two days ago. Thought the alarm was related to that service, but technician indicated that it was not. He said they reset the alarm system. The alarm was triggered by the side viewing sensors as I squeeze between a car and a school bus to get into a parking area. When I had cleared the school bus, the alarm continued and then ran for roughly an hour while I brought the car into Smith. Thank you for the fast service.
From drop off to pickup, the service team was professional, courteous and communicative. They efficiently resolved an issue that one service center couldn't resolve and another refused to even try. So happy to have my car back and my issue clearly in the rear view mirror. I highly recommend this dealer for your service needs. They've handily earned my business.
