Great, professional and quick experience. Craig was able to quickly get me into service and check a backup sensor on my vehicle as well as clean and perform service in a quick manner as promised. I would recommend to other Mercedes owners for future service needs.

Dropped our car off due and brake pump issue the day after Thanksgiving. Service team were very helpful and had me in a loaner car within minutes. Pick-up was just as simple. Efforts greatly appreciated.

In my experience, they always make themselves accessible to you and any information you may require. I actually said these exact words to a man who just moved here from Princeton, NJ and brought his car in for service for the first time, the same day as me.
